Pros: It's compact and portable. The USB3 interface copies files really quickly. Cons: The USB cable could be a little bit longer.

Right out of the box plugged it and it was usable in Windows 10 and Win7. I got the Wd case for it too Model Number: WDBABJ0000NBK-NRSN

Extended memory will always be needed today's games require lots of memory up too 150 gigs for some games.

I bought two of these well-made compact external HDs. I use one for a bootable backup disk and one for a Photoshop scratch disk. Both have served me well.
