It has been few weeks since I bought this product and hasn't given me any issues whatsoever. It's fast, secured, and reliable. I strongly recommend it.

Easy setup with Xbox one. Plenty of extra storage. Gets old having to delete a game to add a game. Xbox should have larger drives out of the box....

One word "EASY". Easy to set-up and to easy to access. Long-term unknown but based on prior experience with WD I don't think we will have any problems.

Now that my Xbox One can store games on an external HDD I wanted to make sure that I got something reliable and at a great price. I already have a My Book for my laptops (It's the Mac version that I reformatted for PC use) and have been pleased with it so far. This new drive came at a really great price and matches my console. Games load as fast as if they were installed in the console's internal drive.

I develop a lot of CAD models and space becomes a premium...it's nice to have a economical means to expand disk space that can also be used to backup files.

With all the Xbox One games that take so much space now, and if you like to purchase games from the xbox store. this is the perfect item to buy.

Sooner or later a backup drive will fail, and this unit is reliable and compact for a reasonable price. A professional recommended this device.

Western digital went from one of the worst to the best brands in the last 20 years. This hard drive is no execution. Plenty of storage from a brand I can trust. Warranty and rma are never an issue.

More than enough Storage for my Xbox one, and games load faster.

I use it for my xbox one when the hard drive space exceeded 85% I download all my games now so I dont have to worry about a scratched disk. there is only a 2 step setup and my xbox recolonizes and formats easily. Best buy for the price.

I'd recommend the WD over the Seagate alternatives any day. I've used both, and have found the WD items to be more robust and reliable.

Great drive. Backs up my iMac. Had to google info to format for OSX. After that, easy to set up as my time machine back up drive.

Pushes over 100MB/s over USB3. Great for backups. Comes with utilities on it, but I wiped and reformatted, so i can't comment on those.

Very small and saved a lot of space. I use it for my xboxone and it works perfectly fine
