Great drive for DVR storage

It is easy to set up and use. The 3TB size will allow you to store a LOT of stuff. I use it primarily for photos and music.

I chose this model due to the fact that it was both Mac and Windows compatible. I am pro Mac (2 iPhones, 2 MacBook Pro and 2 IPads) but just in case I ever went back to windows I wanted this hard drive to work. Set up was easy and after that all you do is click and drag.

Large amount of External Storage @ Great Price

Instructions read that your supposed to reformat for use on a Mac. Followed instructions and tried several times and got ..."not permitted" message. File transfers and reads seem to work fine. So leaves me worried that something is going to come back and bite me in the butt. But so far, so good.
