If I would've how much games take up spaces on the Xbox One compared to the 360, I would've bought this awhile ago! After some research and seeing this particular item go on sale and the reviews it got, I had to jump on the opportunity! Very easy to work with on the Xbox One and it helps a lot for storage!

I bought this drive for the extra a space. I have a mac and this particular drive is not formatted for mac. I was able to do this easily because I a very familiar with the mac os. Non-technical user might not find this easy to do. There IS the same product already formatted for the mac. I'd recommend purchasing that one instead.

I purchased this for my daughter after her laptop had a mechanical issue that we were able to resolve, but found she had no backup routine in effect. Had the issue not have been simple it would have been costly to retrieve her needed school files and data. We have this hooked up through the wireless router, it backs up recent files that have changed whenever the laptop is seen online.

Got this on a recommendation from one of your Best Buy Staff. Much better and faster than a Regular USB drive

Bought this as an external storage unit for my Xbox one. USB 3 speeds actually make accessing the drive faster than the internal drive. Easy setup and the drive runs cool so I don't have to worry about getting too much airflow to it.

The WD software can be a little clunky, it is pretty basic back up s/w. However, the drive performs backups as scheduled.

My WD 3 TB My Book is a convenient way to backup and store additional files to give me more room on my notebook computer. It's a convenient plug and play hardware system that I recommend to anyone who needs extra storage and backup for security purposes.

Bought this hard drive to replace a Seagate GoFlex that died after two years. This WD My Book was easy to install and was up and running in no time. It is not very noisy and is fairly fast for its 3TB size. Haven’t had it very long, so I cannot comment on how it will hold up over time, but is it a good product so far.

Use multiple hardrives to store my movie library and had a seagate 3TB fail. Hopefully this last longer.

Holds a lot of data and easy to setup. Small does not take up a lot of space.
