    I used it in conjunction with Acronis backup software to backup my entire surface pro and restore it with no issues, faster than I anticipated. I suppose the USB 3.0 also helps quite a bit vs USB 2.0

    I recently bought a Samsung 4K tv and was having trouble finding 4K content. Did some research bought a bunch of 4K content put it in this drive hooked it up to the tv via USB and it works flawlessly.

    This hard drive was just the thing I needed for my XBOX One. I was at 99.5% full with only 6 games downloaded before. Now with this hard drive I have been able to download ALL of my games and am at only 10% full!!!

    This product linked up perfectly with my mac computer and handles tons of pictures. Would recommend for a cheaper alternative to the more condensed/smaller versions. We just use it in the home office.

    I have only Western Digital hard drives because I have never had a problem. I have a 750GB and it keeps on ticking. I bought a Seagate that was on sale and now you can hear the platter making noise.

    I bought this along with a 2TB MyCloud and hooked up the 3TB Desktop MyBook to the USB port and now i have 5TB storage. This HDD works great to store anything (digital) you want to be preserved.
