Easy to use. The computer recognizes the full capacity and works smoothly. I purchased to use with a bluray player, but the player will not recognize anything over 2T.

First WD external hard drive after using Seagate for several years. Works perfect no problem just plug and play. Best Buy experience was great again.

I added this drive to my Samsung 9000 series to store movies. Works flawlessly with my tv. Planning to add one to every tv in the house!

It is a little slower than my other externals but not too bad. Otherwise it has been working very well as my storage space for a seafile server.

I down loaded my whole computer and it used very little space on the drive. It was fast and easy to use

If it had a switch to turn it on was dependable to be available when the computer turned on rather than having to reset it I would be much happier

This product does what its supposed to do. The only problem is - the instructions aren't abundantly clear. I watched more than one YouTube video trying to figure out how to use it.

backs up my other external drive and then some. never had a problem with the first WD drive, so no hesitance in obtaining a second.

very pleased with this drive, it is fast and the imbedded security software works well so I can easily password protect the drive.
