Nice design and plenty of storage space even with RAID redundancy turned on. USB-C interface is fast. Wish it had additional ports for “legacy” interfaces such as FireWire and others.

It's been two years and it's going strong. Unlike my old LaCie drives which would fail after a year or two WD keeps going strong.

It's fairly big compared to regular external hard drives, but that was expected due to how much storage space it has. It requires an electrical outlet to be plugged into. Working great so far!

Haven’t even had this 90 days and pc wouldn’t find. Then the power was trying to power up and turned off and tried another power cord and halfway powers up and turns off. Hope I’m not losing all of my data I spent a day transferring over. For this expensive HD I would expect a lot better. Last time I purchase a WD hard drive. Best Buy only has a 45 day return policy. So now I will be dealing with WD. Waste of time and money.

Using for full backups of multiple computers. It is fast and efficient. Also like that the enclosure has a fan to keep the temperature low.

It's a great RAID storage that can be configured between RAID 0 and RAID 1 using the WD utilities tool

Does exactly what it was designed to as a dual hard-drive. Love it.

Transfer speeds are actually decent for a hard drive. I love that you can swap out hard drives for when you fill up a disk! You have three different RAID options including RAID 0, RAID 1, and using the two drives separate from each other to use the full 12tb (two 6tb drives). Great Product!

It more or less does the job but it's compatibility with Mac's is dubious. I constantly have to unmount and remount the drive and run diagnostics on it. Customer support from WD is almost non-existent. Very disappointing and frustrating, both in the product and in Best Buy staff's unfamiliarity with it or the conflicts it has with Apple products.

Has worked great so far and has very fast transfer speeds if your computer supports USB 3.1

One of the drives stopped working in less than a year. Need to check the warranty period. I used to think Western Digital made quality drives.
