This was a little difficult to start using. I wish the instructions were more helpful.

Good hard drive for for wireless backup. Live the raid feature with another hard drive.

The WD My Drive was easy to set up and now saving a ton of space on my phone and other devices.

A little complicated getting it set up, but once I got the right tech person to help me with MyCloud and we successfully connected-I am enjoying it greatly! Can access my photos from anywhere.

bought this and is still loving it .just never liked the experience with the best buy staff but this is usually where company suffers because the product is great but staff need s training

Was very simple to setup. Remote connection is easy and seems to be well protected with password. Setup of Time Machine easy but due to password protection, the drive disconnects periodically and Time Machine is unable to backup. Reconnection is easy so it is just a nuisance.

This NAS had everything that I wanted. It's ability to get files from anywhere, including on my phone is a life saver. I frequently need to access files from work, and everywhere else I go.

All data transferred, and is accessible. It is a great unit for the price and works well.

I bought this as a quick and simple backup for my servers, as well as a couple laptops. I was expecting to hassle with it, kludge together access..basically "make" it work. But I was wrong...it came up easily, configured easily, created users and shares via CIFS and NFS and AFS. Plenty fast for most people's home applications. The interface is pretty clean and self explanatory, as well. And for us Linux folks, they even let you peek under the hood.

Purchased this to store all my photos and documents on. Used it with Dropbox on the Pc and with my iPhone. One of my favorite purchases in a long while. 5 stars once you figure it out.

This cloud storage device is easy to set up, very fast, and has lots of available storage.

We use it to store photos taken on our phones and playing about 200 gigs worth of music with our WiFi connected home. We also use it to save important files as a backup as well.

We both this for home work use. Very simple to set up. The only issues we have is sometimes the wireless can't see the drive on the network until I restart it which at times sucks. Hopefully it doesn't do it when we are out of town and we upload

I use my WD cloud Drive to store all of my movies. I can stream them to my Apple TV through the iPhone app or I have my iTunes connected so that I can stream straight from Apple TV.
