Its better then what I expected

I was struggling with multiple external drives for backups etc as i have windows laptop, mac book pro and mac desktop. I also have huge collections of pictures etc. This drive made my life easier.. Transferring all the data once to this drive was very slow on WiFi but it was quick with wired device. Overall i like it...

Customer service says to restore system settings again. If it happens one more time I will have to return it for an RMA, I have spent a lot of time moving data to the drive so I hope it says connected now.

Amazing Product !!

Surprisingly great mobile app. It's everything I hoped it to be and more. I finally have piece of mind knowing all my files are safe in MY HOME, not on some 'Cloud' server who knows where. The fact that it can double back up your files is an incredible feature providing even more comfort knowing all your pictures, videos, music, documents are extra safe. I'm trying to get all my friends who are looking for hard drives to take my advice on this one.

I love that I can access my cloud drive on my Android and iPad as well as my PC or laptop. It's very convenient. No problems thus far.
