Nice backup system for multiple devices (I backup 3 computers, could add I-pads and phones if I wished). Not as easy to install as the product description would have you believe, but the online tech support from WD was great. They fixed all of my setup mistakes.

This was very easy to set up for Mac. Not as easy for PC, but that could be me. Good investment.

The thing I like the most about this is the fact that everything is stored on two separate hard drives. Both would have to go bad for me to lose my files.

I like the raid setup and the fact that I can swap out drives. I like the ability to view files through the phone app. The Windows version of the apps have a learning curve, but I don't mind. Overall, a good solution and nice value !

I am very happy with this Cloud knowing that my info is not in other peoples hands. the app works great as well. If you have larger files upload them on wifi so it doesn't eat up your data. The mirroring feature is great so if a drive fails you just pop in the new drive and your files are recovered. Also you can connect a portable drive to the usb to back up your files.

Very easy set up. Small and compact. Now I feel safe with our photo's.

the storage capacity and data redundancy is great. The interface to use folders is not that great.

Good product but backing up pictures on phones has been an issue. Does not always work. Not sure if it is an Android issue.

Using this NAS in my home network with a Sony Blu-ray player and Apple TV, along with my Panasonic VIERA TV. It works great to serve movies and iTunes audio to the whole house. Also works great for Time Machine backup of my iMac!

The product works great. But the process of installation and loading files takes a while. But it is worth the pain to set it up!

Fast reliable storage I am currently using it in a client environment. They are storing all their data on and doing backups. Really fast read and writes for a storage appliance this small. I can also setup very easily backups off site. The people that are saying it is hard to setup really just need geek squad I am not the average user so it was really easy for me.
