Purchased to save videos of my musical performances and this definitely does the job. Videos need a lot of storage capacity seems this has more than enough to meg my meds.

Was very easy to download files off an old computer that crashed, walked you through the process with the instructions. I'm not a computer genius and this product was easy to use.

Recently cut the cord; went with sling tv and air tv player. Needed an external hard drive to record OTA channels. Works like it says; gives 350 hours of recording capability.

My son is a DJ. We bought this for him to store music on. He loves it. Is Western Digital, so I don't ever anticipate having an issue with it.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this hard drive. Now that I an extra 2 TB, I can transfer most of the games I need to on Xbox One. Not to mention there was no need for set up.

It has a ton of space and it's small size and portability is appealing, but I'm not crazy about some of the features and I still need some help from tech navigating potential expanded folders.

This small little drive works very well. It was truly plug and play, takes up very little room, data access is fast through USB 3.0. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This USB 3.0 hard drive is super fast. It is small and inconspicuous so my desk does not look cluttered. I would buy this item again.

Picked up this Western Digital external hard drive to go along with the other two Western Digital external drives I use for backup. Works great and the price was very reasonable.

The WD Passport did exactly what I needed to do as an external drive. The set up was fairly easy to follow and now all my data is being backed up 3 times a week as I needed.

I travel a lot so it's nice to keep my work backed up in the event I lose a device on the road. Minimal risk of loss of hard work. Intuitive & easy for this illiterate user to use.

The hard drive on a A laptop that we owned malfunctioned and it had many pictures on it. They were too precious to us to throw away so went to Best Buy to have the data retrieved. If I remember correctly it was a TB and a half. Many were on other drives and on other computers but the failed hard drive was our main storage device for pictures. The Beat Buy tech managed to be able to restore all the data including the pictures onto the new Passport 2 TB drive. Needless to say, what a relief

This is a great external hard drive at a great price. It gave me what I needed, extra space to save my important documents and pictures. I would recommend it to everyone.

WD makes some great Hard Drives, i buy a lot of hard drives. and these hard drives have not given me headaches. I have run program off them and edited of the hard drives.

Needed another hdd to do some shuffling of files to add a new ssd and this hdd works great. Price was right and I tend to only buy WD hard drives. Very pleased.
