Use this to get more storage space for my ps4. I have a 500gb ps4 and was running out of room. So I bought this and now I have plenty of room for more games. Easy to format too. Just plug it in the ps4 and go to settings under storage and select device and format. They made it so simple so you don't have to pay for an overpriced one that's already formatted for you. So get this if you need more storage on your ps4 or even pc. Also it's super slim then the previous version I got last year.

I use these portable external hard drives to hold my video library I've put in digitized format. I use these for everyday watching, plug into either my TV directly or through a UHD Blue Ray Disc Player. I also store my media on 8TB external hard drives (not pictured) that I never disconnect from my home computer, so I've got the media backed up as well. Western Digital puts out a great product and I have yet to have one fail on me (I'm looking at you, Seagate).

It’s very quiet and can fit in your shirt pocket. no need for the “book” version. I’m getting rid of all my book drives for the passport version. how come these are not available for thunderport

This little drive has gone beyond my expectations. Used this drive to upgrade my Xbox one and I have faster load times at a reasonable price.

One of the least expensive 2TB External Hard Drives out there, but it gets the job done. I have mine plugged into my Xbox One. Most of my games are on it, and never experienced any kind of lag. 10/10

Had to call the support line to help me with the backup because the backup utility did not download and install. The support team told me and helped me, i had to use windows 10 control panel and use windows10 utility for backup.that worked and the backup ran.

I am not heavy user.So I buy this blue external hard drive. Easy to carry and I can bring where ever I go .

Great price for this 2TB external hard drive! File transfers are quick af, and it’s size is something I feel most people will find very pleasurable! I bought this specifically to add extra storage for my PS4, cause them games take up a lot of memory! And the 500GB storage simply doesn’t cut the cake here. Jah feel? So for the price, amount of storage, and simplicity of using this device make it a great pick. Especially if one is looking to expand memory storage for something like a PlayStation, or anything else one might be any to keep backed up safely. Being that it is portable creates a whole new level of convenience to my life personally. I would. Reccomend this device to anyone looking for external storage. Plus this model comes in a plethora of colors! So it can suit someone’s personality or whatever too! But I have To emphasize the importance that even though this device may be small, it is incredibly satisfying! I have had many external hard drives before. All shapes and sizes, and none have ever gotten me off with this level of satisfaction as I receive with the WD Passport! Everybody should get one of these inside them, it can fit anywhere in a home! Not clutterery looking, and is absolutely satisfying for use of expanding memory! For realsies get ya one of these if you’re in the market for extra memory storage!

This hardrive is perfect. You can get it in multiple colors if your heart desires a different choice. The external hardrive is small and sleek and is the perfect amount of memory for console gaming. I bought it to use for my Xbox one and it is very easy to setup. All you have to do is plug it in the USB port of your console or PC and it will ask you to agree to configure it for your console and and a few seconds everything is setup. I had zero issue with this external hardrive and highly recommend getting it.

This hard drive is compact, easy to set up after plugging into your computer, and overall great purchase. Based on the space available after backing up two of my computers, I could backup the computers in my whole neighborhood. Price was very reasonable. Very happy with my purchase.

Great product. Very easy to use and to set up. Small, compact, slim size and lightweight. I love the color. This product works well and does everything it is supposed to do. At first, I couldn’t believe how much storage I was getting for 60 bucks. Then, I plugged it in and was blown away at how fast the data transfer rate was. Portable/Backup hard drives have definitely come a long way on many fronts including price, size, capacity and speed. This purchase and my use is proof positive of that. Call me a very happy camper...

After arduous nights of crime fighting and extensive detective work, the Bat computer was due for an upgrade. Numerous files on criminals had taken up all the space and with criminal activity not seeming to slow down, I sent Alfred to pick this up for me. It was a quick two step process to install, cable goes into the hard drive, usb side goes into the USB port of the Bat computer. A quick formatting from the computer and the detective work was quickly resumed. 2 TB is more than enough space, should suffice when that pip-squeak Robin decides to use it for his video games when he should be training in his martial arts. I highly recommended it to Clark so he could use it when writing his mediocre articles for that newspaper company he works at and I’d recommend it to everyone else as well. I give it 10 batarangs!

I wa looking for a two terranyte hard drive to add memory to my Xbox one. This connects and format flawlessly and about $20 cheaper than the one designed and sold for Xbox. Will definitely but again when I need to further my storage.
