    It was great until one day where I could not mount it with my mac anymore, it was only listed gray under disk utilities. I had to erase all data to re-mount and make it work again. Not sure what the issue was !! Lost a huge chunk of photos/videos. :(

    Not sure if it is because I use it with an Apple product, a MacBook Pro. But while it’s connected it tends to look like all the folders have disappeared, I have a bout 3 TB of files pictures and videos, but I wish it wouldn’t appear like if it had no contents
