I owned a number of My Passport drives - Essential Edition, Elite Edition and Essential SE for Mac. The drives help me to transfer and backup precious files and data.

Fast Transfers in a Lightweight Design

I find it convenient that it comes with a short USB type C cable so I don't have to wind and carry around a long cable. It works great with Time Machine and transferring my backup from my old MacBook Pro to my new one painless.
