It came with the purchase, but regardless the passport external drive is an excellent addition allowing anyone to play digital movies, songs, and view picture on the big screen.

good product but it cost to get movie. u can download the m-go app in your IPhone and u can watch movies anywhere from your passport system if u have bought that movie.

Got this with my tv. Got two free movies in 4K. Thanks Best Buy. Storing my 4K movies on this is a breeze. Good buy.

Hard drive is OK but to use the included free movies you have to set up an account to unlock the free movies on the drive. Came free with the TV so I will use if for other movie storage in the future.

This hard drive came pre loaded with some UHD movies. But only two of them are free the rest must be purchased for a pretty hefty price. I think they should have at least let me pick which two I would like to choose for free. The items that were free were not really very good for my taste. You also have to subscribe to an online service in order to enable the whole thing. Not really very useful to me at this point.

This was a great buy for the price. My only gripe would be that the amount of movies that are in 4K that you can get is not very large at this point.

Received free with tv. Only option for 4K movies currently. Has been great addition so far. Would have spent the money for one after the fact as well.

To address some of the other complaints, yes when you plug it in you can see folder structure and not see the listed movies; however, if you follow the installation instructions you will see that you have to setup an account with MGo, after which when you login the movies can be activated from there. I did have a small issue activating and a quick call to tech support resolved the problem. You will have to set the account up from a separate computer and not the TV since you have to input a code once the account is setup. The account creation seems to be the hardest part as in leaves you guessing just a little on what to do after setting up. Also, you will have to be connected to internet to watch the movies, (verification of subscription). I will recommend to friends, but not really for the tech illiterate, you will need some tech savvy to us this devise.

The free movies are simple away to get U into a subcriptions to rent or buy movies. Only one free in the hard drive after you subscribe, the rest are for a fee. I simply end formatting the drive and using it simple just as a regular external 1T hard drive. Nothing special about it, but was free for the purchase of a Samsung TV.

I enjoy the performance of this hard drive. It is easy to find and play movies in UHD. Thanks.

I got my passport in a bundle tv purchase. I'm glad I did! I'm glad I have the extra storage and a device that will stream movies for me.

This came with the 65' curve tv that we bought. It came with two 4k movie. We checked out the movies with our new tv and it was amazing.

Great product to download movies on and take everywhere with taking up a lot of space.

Got this in a bundle with Ultra K tv and it's great to have a place to store good movies for kids and family all together

Bought this preloaded with two M-Go ultra HD movies as a promotion with Samsung. The External DVD works well and the M-Go ultra HD movies played with no issues.

Part of combo package. Using it as home server for music, movies and personal photos - videos. Happy with free product.

good to have, but have other devices that are easier to use, and thought I was getting multiple movies only ended up with 2 says I have to pay for other movies

one cable powers and transfers your files, super easy. basically plug and play.
