Does its job, no glitches with transferring documents

I have bought a half dozen of these drives for myself and my wife to have backups of backups. Seem reliable and reviews have vouched for that. Actually very small and therefore portable!

I read about 200+ reviews on here and elsewhere online before I decided to go with this product. I have a Mac and it works great. Transfer time was fast and I can also use it at work with the windows PCs they have.

Use this as my primary drive for my school laptop. It's perfect plenty of space and the transfer speed is fast. I do a lot of video editing and this drive is fast enough to render right onto the drive. Would def rec.

This drive is small and unobtrusive, and it works great for additional storage and backup information! Great plus: no power cord! Runs off your pc or laptop power so there's no tangle of cords everywhere!!

I mostly only use my computer for photo editing and this is perfect to back up all my photos on and not take up all my space on my hard drive. Processes fast and plenty of storage space for price.

I use this device for a 2nd backup of my IMac. I backed up the entire IMac in 90 minutes (550GB). You can use Time Machine to switch between your primary backup device and WD drive. Works right out of the box.

The Western Digital HD works great out of the box with my Mac Mini and I have had very good results over many years with all of my WD products. I highly recommend the 1 TB My Passport for Mac!

This is the lightest HD we've had. It is not only light, but it is also small. It sits by the computer and barely takes up any space at all. We love the small size and the large storage space.

Great value for the storage space. Love the selection that Best Buy Offers for both PC's & Macs. This one is small & easy to store in a zip compartment bag with my zipdrives & media cards.

This is a great drive to use for backing up my photos. I currently have over 30.000 photos in my system. I feel totally confident that this drive will save me if a problem should occur.

I bought this to back up a Mac that needed to go in for repair. Super easy to use out of the box. 1TB size should be more than enough space for the average user to store files, pictures,music.
