Gets to hot!

Great SSD for backing up my data

I went to the San Rafael store and found that it was available in store. An agent helped me to find it very quickly with the information I had from the Website. So, I bought it right away and brought home to use it. This product is very user friendly and very quiet in operation. I like it and was glad to get it at a good price.

Just want fast Xbox games

And booooy does it. Load times are cut at least in half across the board. Haven’t noticed too much of a difference in the other few games I’ve installed. If you play D2 on 1X, I highly recommend. (Almost any SSD honestly)

As fast as internal using USB C

In performances I change sounds frequently in the middle of songs and I can't have any lag loading samples. Connected to my laptop's USB-C port it's as fast as my old drive was & it lets me swap my libraries to my backup laptop quickly if something goes south with my main rig.

Plug it in to a USB port and go. One strange issue I have is that the included backup software can't find the drive even though Win 10 assigned a drive letter. The drive is usable with my Norton backup but not with the WD backup. I am in the process of sending my MS Surface in to be serviced so it was important that I get a full backup done. The Norton backup completed the entire C: drive in under 2 minutes. Included cable is a little short but shouldn't be a problem as long as the USB C connection holds.
