This item is great, I compared it to others and I must say that after years of trying it Western Digital is the best Harddrives compared to others.

I shop at Best Buy whenever I need quality and reliable computers or some special electronic gadgets. Prices at Best Buy are highly competitive.

Sleek design, and lightweight with great storage capacity at a reasonable price. I would give it five stars if it came with a protective case like my older version did.

Bought this in 2015, and honestly it's just a great drive. No errors, does what it's supposed to, just works. A friend of mine commented that she has the same drive and was also really happy with hers. I was wary of using a portable since I think they have problems more than the kind you have to plug in, but this one did not disappoint.

I really love this hard drive i like that you can lock it so nobody els can get into it but you if you ever miss place it or it gets stolen.

The Passport Ultra has enough space to hold multiple backups from both of my computers. This allows me to have a grandfathered backup system

I needed more memory for my Xbox One to store more games on. This Passport provides plenty of memory so I can do so. Simple hook up too.

The drive work just fine. I expected to transfer a little fast. Not sure if my USB 3.0 is the one that is running a little slower. Everything else is great.

Super sized storage (2 TB) compacted into this small device. Travels well. No issues. I doubt I'll ever run out of space on this thing.

I bought this to use with my X-Box One as the internal hard drive is not very big. I hooked it up and it's been working great ever since.

I bought this for my son over the holidays. He absolutely loves this external hard drive. He had no problems syncing data from his old external hard drive to the new one. The transfer speed is great.

Like it says in the summary. It truly is a good external drive. It's excellent for TimeMachine backups. Backs up in near seconds. Read/write speeds are pretty impressive. Could be a little quicker, but at the price point, it gets the job more then done!

Transfer speed is really fast, everything is great except one: need to reconfigure the file format before I use it on MAC IOS system

This device performs to our expectactions. It's an external hard drive; it does what it's supposed to do, one could not expect more.
