No instructions or use for beginners
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on the recommendation of a sales person at Best Buy who advised me that it was what I needed to download all of my old programs from the computer I was retiring & moving up to my new one. He said it would download all of the programs off my old one & would upload everything onto my new computer with ease. This had no clear instructions how to use it & after downloading (I think) it uploaded only garbage that could not be deciphered & none of my pictures or music could be found. This was a waste of money unless you are a proficient computer geek which I am not & explained to the sales person that fact.

Great External Hardrive
