I got this to use as an external hard drive for my Xbox one. It works just fine, though only downside is the included USB cord is very short. Other than that, well worth it.

Takes long to reach apo address via mail. Bought for media storage.

Price was good and no complaints so far. Cloud backup is a bonus.

I bought this drive to use as a backup for my MacBook Pro. So far, no problems. It took a few minutes to configure it for use with the Mac. Once ready, it's super easy to use as a Time Machine drive. It barely gets warm and is nearly silent while operating. I enjoy the speed, small form factor & weight, low price, ease of use, and USB power.

I've been using WD products for many years now, and I've never been disappointed. I have tried other drives in the past but have always preferred WD when I could get the capacity that I needed.

Can't see how there could be a better item for backing up all your data. Had a Seagate external disk which self destructed in less than a year with no notification of problems beforehand.

I bought it 5/18 and returned it on 6/6...touch didn't work. Then the 2nd one had something all over the screen that I thought I could just wipe away but it never went away. Frustrating. Now I'm having a problem creating my Microsoft Windows acct. Ugh! It's at geek squad as I write this now. Not happy.

Works great. I just plugged it to my PC. Set up password protection and I was ready to back-up of my tons of files and videos in My Passport Ultra 2TB easily and fast. Sweet!

I love the design. It's great, sleek and thin. If I didn't need more storage, I would have kept it, but if 2TB is more than enough, then I would advise go with this one.

Initial set-up / download took the usual time to do any typical installation. once installed and set-up it works great. the security password is the reason for purchase.
