    Very bad product, I used it for 1 hr. Removed all my data to this crap hard drive and then it never worked. I lost memories for everything, I lost my work, my documents, my projects, my presentations. I lost it all. The worst mistake in my life buying this hdd. If I find a way to sue WD I will never hesitate.

    HDD came to a screeching halt part-way through a file transfer just 4 months after purchase. Kept it in the WD carry case (purchased with the drive) all the time. Could not even lift the data from the drive using software that usually works for data recovery. Lost everything.
