For over 10 years l have owned more tan 5 my book external hard drive, 3 of them don't work anymore...But still l keep buying their products since there is not really any other brand that compete with them...This was my last try,this wireless passport...Mostly l bought it because l have a hard time to transfer photos or videos from my iphone to my pc then l thought this new WD will do the job...I was wrong ,it takes forever to transfer videos and even sometimes it just says it lost connection that means l have to start over again...After a week l returned this product to the store and got my money back..

I just got this drive but it has helped me in getting data out of my system when other methods were timing out or just plain failing. The wireless feature also allowed for quick connection to other systems... made the overall task a snap

good portable storage device for back-up of files or anything

I love this so much but the only issue about it is that the wifi/Bluetooth stopped working. Researched around and it looks like it’s common with this. Sucks especially for the price! It’s expensive.

I have not even used the drive, got it hooked up, was accessible and discarded box. Because of covid I have never moved to my dew digs where the drive was, went to copy data for the move in and it is dead. Best buy expects you to hold onto the packing for 7 months. I'll use amazon instead. Purchase date was Aug 18, 2020 and the thing is dead.

Convenient, providing a reliable and safe option that allows you to easily access your files. Accessible anywhere you have a Wi-Fi connection (almost anywhere!)

Worst network device you can buy, viewing photos on anything over wifi is slower than a dialup modem , later found out a ton of people have had this problem since 2016 models and WD has done nothing to fix it. If your planning to use over wifi just forget it.

Very slow and very hard to connect to wi-fi. Had to return mine

My son brought this for me as birthday gift. It is very easy to setup both computer and cell phone. Now I can backup photos from my camera and cell phone without cable.
