    The price is great for a 4TB hard drive so I got this to replace a bad drive in my desktop. It booted up and took off with the recovery disk no problem. However it soon crashed when I was doing the windows updates. Could not get it to read again so I reformatted the drive and it now says that it only has 2TB of memory. Likely a great drive for cameras but steer away for other uses.

    It does what it is supposed to. Only thing to worry about is the reliability and the warranty coverage. Will be used to record security videos and hopefully will last many years.

    Great price for these hard drives. Plugged them in and ran with it. Used in the MyCloud EX2 Ultra NAS, and they are working just fine. Good speed, not to noisy, overall, pleased with the product.
