I bought this to replace the xbox our living room. It does everything the xbox did and more media wise. Tons of apps, USB capability, connects to PC...blows roku out of the water.

This unit is very small but does so much. It's very easy to install and hook up to your TV. This unit will play audio files, display your photos and play all your videos. It also can do Net Flix, Pandora and other online services.

Needed to find a quick solution to solve a digital signage media nightmare. Was informed about the WD TV Live so i picked one up. I had it up, programmed with my media and running on the TV for all to see our digital presentation.

The set up was easy enough, and it work as advertised.

I bought this item prematurely. I really just wanted it for the Netflix but ended up with much more. I don't know much about all the apps it has to offer yet but it was highly recommended so I purchased it. I would have saved more money just buying a DVD or BluRay player w/ Netflix and came out a lot cheaper. Oh well, it still works.

Really great item for it's price. Can watch home movies and share pictures with the family members who come over on the tv. Also can enjoy instant streaming from Netflix and Blockbuster. Also love the pandora radio app on it.

I was looking for a small media center to stream home movies and other media to my "unsmart" tv. I found it with this little box. It's great. It comes with some apps to use also like Netflix. Terrific buy for the price.

This is 3rd WD tv live media player which I got last 2 year. It is great for my collection mkv format file. The only thing I don't like that it takes more time to build list if you have more than 2.5 TB mkv files

This product is a nice addition to watch my downloaded movies. Figuring out the mechanics of it were a bit confusing as it didn't come with very good instructions. I went online to download the manual and I did a lot of just playing around till it worked.

Overall, I am very pleased with the performance. I would recommend it to anyone!

This device is really good! All that would make it better would be the ability to play MP4 like the Apple TV but this box is by far better than the Apple TV.

Needs to play m4v formats other than that great for home networking stored movies

I kept this equipment because it allows for playing of MKV formatted video direct from a hard drive which is great. It is difficult to use with Mac and is not up to par with Apple TV. It does have quite a few internet features that were good.

This is my second media player and I am amazed at all the new features like mlb, pandora, xm and netflix to name a few. Definitely worth the money.

Love this product. I will purchase another for a second TV because of how powerful it is. A lot better then spending extra money for a "smart" TV when this thing has more power than a Smart TV.

Great product after it is setup. However, i usually setup tech stuff relatively easily, but this time i had to call the wdtv support for help in setting up the gadget but, again, overall great

I've tried Apple TV and Roku HD. Aside from its compatibility with multiple video formats, it has no problems with Cinavia detection. Therefore, limitless and uninterrupted HD Video Streaming.

Its perfect for viewing the videos and movies on the TV. Good value

A reliable internet and media player. Works best if connected by wired system, for example a ethernet electrical wire/box connection if like at my house direct wired ethernet not feasible.
