Awesome product to have with the use of wd passport hard drive access to video and photos on TV. Worth the purchase.

Great device to store movies, videos and pictures that you want to display on your tv. Happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

this product works good if you have different kinds of media and you want to watch it on your big screen tv and enjoy with the family

My main complaint of this product is that is struggles to play certain files over my wireless network (30 gb wifi connection; so its not a speed issue). Otherwise, it will play anything and everything if hardwired.

I feel stuck with this product. I am past the getting my money for it so I keep returning it to Best Buy and they keep replacing it. It is great when it works.

Great product. Use it to play my movies that I downloaded to my hard drive from my dvds and it operates really well. Love it

This is a good little unit, IF it worked properly. I need it to play all day. I have it set up to do so but it shuts off after one time through the video

I really think this product is a must for anyone interested in wireless video streaming. Yet another great WD product.

I bought this so that I could receive my slingbox signal from Michigan on my TV in my Florida condo. The performance of my Media player with high speed Internet connections both at Michigan and the Florida condo made it useless as a slingbox player in the Florida condo. The media player would continually freeze making it necessary to diconnect the power to reboot. I posted questions about resloving these problems with both lingbox and Western Digital and received no response.

I got this to watch my DVDs I burned to an external hd. I figured this would be easier than having all my DVDs sitting on a rack. I would rather it would show the DVD cove rather than just folders.

Finding the media is a little complex if you don't do it often. Nothing that reading the instructions wouldn't cure.

My only complaint is that the remote buttons have to be fully depressed, hard to get the buttons to function.
