    I could not get it to stream video. It got stuck in the middle of a movie and would not play. Would not recognize a jump drive about half the time or see my laptop files about half the time. Would work some times for 5 to 10 minutes then lock up.

    Apparently WD chose not to equip the product with a Gigabit LAN port in order to save a few pennies. It is the only device on my network that can't play stored ISO files without constant buffering.

    I got it to play Slingbox. I couldn't get the unit to work with the tv. Took it back and got a replacement unit which worked once, and then never again. Don't buy it.

    keeps signing out of youtube account - so you need to add a long number on your pc every few days to log back in - it gets so annoying I'm going to junk this
