    Very easy to trim to fit to my subcompact, using only a good-quality scissors and Sharpie. Youtube installation videos are helpful. Remember the rule: Measure twice, cut once. A final word of advice. Start with the REAR mat, so you as the driver won't have to see any of your small "mistakes".

    unfortunately, these mats were considerably small for the vehicle; cutting would NOT have been a choice since they were too small to begin with

    The good is these are thick, sturdy heavey mats. The bad is the gray color shows every scuff and gets dirty super fast. I have to deep scrub them with a brush and spray them with simple green every week. Its alot of work to keep them clean.
