You get what you pay for

The tuning dial and the volume dial are not solidly seated so its hard to get it tuned right or set the volume so that it will stay. I bought it for my mother to have for emergencies in her assisted living apartment but I'm going to take it back and get her something more reliable. I can manage with it if I have to but she can't manage it.

The tuning dial as well as the volume dial are loose and hard to set. I can probably manage with it but it will be much too frustrating for my mother. I don't recommend it.
