    There is a problem with one of the four burners at no fault of the assemble team, a Service tech said burner one is defective when he evaluated the grill

    Upgraded from a spirit 310 that was falling apart (had almost 20 years). Super happy with the genesis ii s-435! Looks great, easy to put together, good directions, easy ignition, even temp. across the cooking surface, fold away warming rack, searing station, and sturdy build.

    Transaction was easy and fast with Best Buy. Delivery was quick, as scheduled, and worry free. Assembly was straight forward and I experienced no issues. Total assembly was approx 1 1/2 hours. Grill is incredibly built and met all my expectations. Big grilling surface with easy to use controls and multiple heat zones.

    Absolutely love this thing - Have already grilled on it countless times in the short time i've had it. Lots of flexibility with the 4 burner and the sear burner works great for getting hard sears on steaks. Also love not having to cook sides in the kitchen with the side burner. Highly recommend.

    This is a great grill. Came delivered in a very well packaged huge, heavy box. My young adult son put it together in a couple of hours. Everything works great, gets very hot. Love using it so we don’t heat up the kitchen. You can basically use this grill instead of your oven… for baking, roasting, broiling, pizza, etc.

    I’m very happy with this purchase. I hate I couldn’t pay for assembly but it actually wasn’t that hard to do it myself. They even have an app that shows 3D assembly step by step.

    Service was excellent, they came, set it up and everthing. Very efficient. Everything came when expcected. My one complaint is that the thermometer on the outside does not work, so I cannot read the temperature. Thank you

    I have had this grill for a while now, and I love it. I keep the cover on it and it stays outside and it still looks like new. I highly recommend you have the store put this together.

    Fantastic grill! Large grill area. The “sear” burner works great. It is everything I could want in a grill. I think it is comparable to fancier grills costing hundreds/thousands more
