This grill sees action year-round in Texas. Although we have a big charcoal smoker, which is great for some things, this grill is my go-to on most days. It's also the first natural gas grill I've owned, and if you've ever wondered whether you should install the line & get rid of Propane -- my advice would be just do it! The S435 is big enough to cook for a large group, it gets to temperature in minutes -- and features like the sear zone provide options to get a perfect sear or quickly ignite a smoke box to infuse food with a delicious smokey flavor. Burgers - are life-changing, Pizza - is perfect, Chicken - is mouth-watering, and everything else is amazing. We are impressed by the quality and it elevates our life. If you like to grill, you'll love this Weber!

3 deliveries - all damaged was the installer's fault. Truth is that this BBQ is a beast and it needs to be on a pallet for protection. However, #4 was delivered on new year's eve in the rain and assembled, installed and tested. Unfortunately, they left the plastic protective film on eventhough it says "remove before assembly".

This is a quality grill. Weber makes a quality product that lasts. Putting the grill together took a while, and a couple steps weren't clear. I recommend using the app that is interactive and goes through step by step. Once together, it's great. Definitely awesome going with natural gas. Never worry about running out. I've used the grill a half dozen times already, and it cooks great. It's an expensive grill, but I think it's worth it.

This was an amazing grill, except that the burners rusted easily. If not, I would give it 5 stars.

Got this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He could not wait to use it once we put it together

Many pieces were bent and hood was cracked. The Geek Squad guys had to rebox and reorder. Unacceptable quality control. I hope the reordered grill is acceptable.
