    Wow! What a great deal. Buy before they are gone. Like a Thermapen from the reliable company Weber. Almost instant accurate temperature reading. A must to own when smoking meat, or even grilling. Only drawback, didn’t like that you need a mini Phillips to open and close battery compartment. Other than that, great device!

    When the probe hits the back of the retina it gives accurate measurements and is easy to read!
