I had Webroot through Best Buy tech support for several years without any problems. This year I dropped the support and purchased on my own the cheaper Antivirus, not total internet coverage but so far, no issues. I like having 6 devices covered relativity inexpensive. I would not hesitate to buy any Webroot product.

The product seems to be working well, but getting it installed by the Geek Squad was quite a challenge. It took 4 days to complete because agent was not available or did not call back in the "10 minutes" he requested. It was usually hours, not 10 minutes, but one time it was 26 HOURS!!!

This is the same anti virus that Best Buy uses in their store, it came highly recommended by a very knowledgeable sales rep, Keaton, at the Tuttle location. I was very impressed with his knowledge on all the electronic items I purchased. I would definitely recommend seeking Keaton out if you have questions or need help with your next purchase, especially on T.V's

This digital copy was easy to install and my computer and laptop worked normal again afterwards. Before the install they ran slow with lots of pop ups. Definitely recommend.

So far works great but had a problem getting help to install it after purchase. Was told would be sent a key/code for installation update/renewal but waited 3 days before finally received, then wouldn't recognize it. Contacted Geek Squad who tracked down the problem & installed it. Shows it is working now but everytime I call Geek Squad it takes them a bit to actually find where I have coverage for WebRoot. The last lady with GS actually insinuated I was lying about having WebRoot security when I asked for help installing it on a second device. Scary considering today's technology. May be finding another GS support and antivirus next go around. Very disappointed with both.
