I've used Webroot for years and I am yet to have any virus issues. It is always a better deal to buy a digital copy from Best Buy than to auto renew .

As far as I can tell, It seems to be securing my computer. I did have a problem initially because I was sent a download for a PC instead of a Mac. I eventually reached someone at Best Buy who could help me. If this happens to anyone else, you can just go to the webroot website and download the right version and use your code with that.

This Webroot product has been working flawlessly for me for the past couple of years. I previously used Norton Antivirus products before purchasing a plan with Best Buy Geek Squad. I will purchase no other. Super cost-effective and it also covers multiple devices. What a great product!

Good protection without sacrificing performance at a reasonable price.

I trust Webroot and won't run my computers without it. It is the worst feeling to have a virus shut you down and to lose everything. I feel much more protected with this product!

This is the same anti virus that Best Buy uses in their store, it came highly recommended by a very knowledgeable sales rep, Keaton, at the Tuttle location. I was very impressed with his knowledge on all the electronic items I purchased. I would definitely recommend seeking Keaton out if you have questions or need help with your next purchase, especially on T.V's

I had Webroot through Best Buy tech support for several years without any problems. This year I dropped the support and purchased on my own the cheaper Antivirus, not total internet coverage but so far, no issues. I like having 6 devices covered relativity inexpensive. I would not hesitate to buy any Webroot product.

This digital copy was easy to install and my computer and laptop worked normal again afterwards. Before the install they ran slow with lots of pop ups. Definitely recommend.

So far works great but had a problem getting help to install it after purchase. Was told would be sent a key/code for installation update/renewal but waited 3 days before finally received, then wouldn't recognize it. Contacted Geek Squad who tracked down the problem & installed it. Shows it is working now but everytime I call Geek Squad it takes them a bit to actually find where I have coverage for WebRoot. The last lady with GS actually insinuated I was lying about having WebRoot security when I asked for help installing it on a second device. Scary considering today's technology. May be finding another GS support and antivirus next go around. Very disappointed with both.

Works well to keep you going to the good sites, and you avoid going to the bad sites where they steal all your information!!

Great protein. Simple to set up and easy to use. It doesn't interfere with anything I do with my computer. I don't see any slow down,even when it's scanning the whole computer.
