Due to a website glitch, I accidentally purchased two of these. I contacted Best Buy and was told by their agents via live chat and over the phone that I needed to download it in order for them to process the return. This seemed odd to me so I confirmed and was told again, to download it. I also asked them to add a note to my account (which I later found out they did not do). After listening to their instructions to download, the next issue came when the code didn’t show as active on their end. So then I was told I had no other choice but to call back later once the system updated. This was after an hour on the phone with them. So several days later, I called back in. After being placed on hold and transferred I was eventually told they couldn’t issue digital products. Also, there was nothing they could do about the activated code. This was after spending another hour on the phone talking to multiple agents as well as a supervisor. I was told to call webroot to see if they could deactivate the code (given the wrong number too. I had to go back and look it up). All I was able to save to document that they told me to download it was a chat convo I had with customer service which I’ve attached for reference. Save yourself the money and waste of time and don’t purchase digital products from Best Buy since it’s non-refundable. I also have zero confidence in the customer service people since they provided me with conflicting information.

I had to install antivirus on Windows 7 Pro. Works so well. Small hick cup on install, that required disable file in Safe Mode. After doing so, the install was successful, and has worked flawlessly. The thing I like the most is that it does not slow down my computer even on boot up. Top rated, and just works.

I've been using Webroot for several years now and honestly no complaints. It is easy to use, and doesn't bug down you computer like other programs out there. I highly recommend it.

Webroot Antivirus Protection and Internet Security is exactly what I was looking for to protect my computers. It's very reasonably priced, able to be used on multiple devices, and works silently in the background like it's supposed to do.

Webroot Software came on my Computer from Best Buy. But it was only for about 6 months. So, I was comparing anti-virus software when I found this offer. 6 computers for 2 years for $49.95. That doubled everyone else's offer. When the software doesn't like a website, it goes WOOAA, and you close it out. But it also runs checks on your system to alert you of those pesky trackers. (The little rascals!) I am very pleased and will probably up it again in 2026! Highly Recommend...

They might have made it easier to install, with more specific instructions. But once I got help from the Geek squad, everything was ok. So the product gets 3 stars, & the Geeks 5 stars.

Great product, Does exactly what it says it's going to do. Easy install. Good to know my computer is protected from viruses and malware. Would recommend to anyone looking for great protection.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY RECENT PURCHASES WITH BEST BUY. NOW I CAN USE MY COMPUTER WITH EASE AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE SECURITY OF MY COMPUTER. BEST BUY IS A WELL ORGANIZED STORE WITH AISLES WIDE APART. A FEW YEARS BACK I HEARD BEST BUY WAS IN TROUBLE CONCERNING BUSINESS. I HOPE THAT THINGS ARE OKAY NOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT MY BEST BUY. I BOUGHT MOST OF MY ELECTRONICS FROM BEST BUY. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN INCLUDING THE BATHROOMS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BEST BUY!!!!

If I were more tech savvy I could probably give Webroot a much higher rating. I am giving it the lower rating because of the difficulty installing it on our laptops. I still haven't gotten it installed on our iPhones because it hasn't worked each time I have tried it, so am giving myself a break and not working on it for awhile. I also think that because I am a Geek Squad member I was suppose to get this free rather than paying, but that I need to investigate further. I must say that since I finally got it installed on our laptops, it seems to be doing a great job and not causing any problems that I can detect and fairly easy to navigate.

I have used Webroot antivirus for over ten years. It was time to put it on my new computers. Bestbuy was very helpful in making it happen.

I all ready have Webroot. But in a bit of confusion I thought I was not covered and my protection had expired. So I ordered a new program and then cancelled ther same order because I have Webroot and the Geek squad enabled/fixed the program I had. It did not agree with the microsoft update.

Great for the price. Haven't had any issues with it, except when installing on one of my older HP laptops. At first I couldn't install, called best buy for assistance and the tech was not able to help but after some research I figured it out and installed it without issues.

WEBROOT has Identify threats from certain websites. Block certain websites that did not have good certificates and also identified when my emails had been identified. It does a great job of protecting you not after something happens but before. I've tried others and they do not come close to what this one does.

Been using webroot for a long time never had any issues with it. Is a great price and relatively easy to use especially if youre new to antivirus software. Just a nice bit of extra security
