I was not able to install this software and i had a lot of problems with it. it would not accept the code key that can with the product. I had to repurchase another software online and got that product work perfectly. I will purchase my software online from now on. I wasted over $50.00 extra dollars to get satisfaction.

I bought for my computer but it also had something for phone but that part of it did not work as intended.

Hard to install it, is it working? Don’t really know...it doesn’t give much info I liked Norton better

I got the new version of webroot but when I downloaded it did not give me the upgrade.

Would not allow installation of apple products even though it states it is compatible for apple products. We ended up purchasing and installed a different security product that OSS working wonderfully!

I was expecting something more advanced but it's not

After several purchases, I've noticed the ease of use and the product customization capabilities have been reduced by webroot which makes for an automated responce attack of unknown origin to gain access to the console with relative ease by attackers.

Was not designed for tablet. Employee mistakenly recommended i buy for tablet. Webroot staff corrected issue. I returned it to Best Buy. Was designed for computer.

I'm not sure what this does. I must say It says I have no malware or viruses on my laptop but my laptop acts like it has malware on it.

can't get it installed correctly??? I took my computer in to my local best buy, they installed with the same result. once you shut down the unit and restart, provides the same result ( your option is either renew your plan ( just purchased 2-year) or uninstall? if you don't uninstall, machine locks up. if you uninstall, looks for the program and does not find it, just plain annoying and this isn't the first time I have experienced problems with WEBROOT. I would prefer to return the material to the store where purchased it and forget this bad experience totally.

My #1 go to for internet security. Wouldn't use anything else.

I am pretty computer savvy and have never had a problem installing software, until this time. After trying for hours I finally talked to geek squad on line. I was told webroot was not compatible with current Mac OS and I would have to take it to the store and have them install it on my Mac. They didn’t tell me I would be charged an additional $40. I think this is wrong since I bought the software there and it is not my fault they don’t upgrade in a timely manner.

lost my codes: called chat line ( sti ll no codes said they should come in email) my desk top computer would not load webroot message said my ? organization was blocking the download I didnot know I had an organization? more help still no download) so I deleted my duckduck go, and also chrome( didnot helpand I have not got my desk top right .....what to do ?? after buying this product and installed it on a laptop less than 2 months before I bought a total tech support package that included a 1 year Webroot . when I got in touch with Webroot they said there was a 1 time service fee which amounted to the cost. daaaaaaaaaa. the bad part is next year when total tech is due to renew I'll maybe wait since I still have 1 year left of my 2 year puchase. Thanks Webroot very little

It keeps showing out of date. Hard to contact anyone at webfoot.

It is hard to program. I had trouble in putting in the code. It would tell me it was not a valid code.

been trying to get in contact with customer support in Webroot to help me install this because for some reason it keeps saying the code doesn't work and no one helps. they take 3 to 4 days to respond back and they have yet to fix anything for me. they haven't responded to me since the last time I messaged them.

I purchased this and tried downloading it and it said it was only a 1 year subscription and NOT 2 years like described!! Returned the next after receiving it. Still waiting for my account to be credited!!
