I have been using web root for years in connection with Best Buy's yearly total tech support. It works well, however when there is a problem, there's no one available to help.

Everybody needs this product or it’s equivalent. This was loaded on to my laptop. It is unobtrusive but seems to be doing the job just fine.

Webroot was placed on the laptop that I purchased and requires a yearly purchase of my total tech program. May be able to be purchased separately. Seems to work well as I have not had an issue in two years.

I have many irreplaceable items on my computer which would be a great loss if my computer were to be harmed if I lost any of it. I have confidence in this product.

I like Webroot as compared to some others that seem to slow the computer down. But if the yearly price is too high, will probably not renew. Buy something from Best Buy and they give you webroot free!

I have used Webroot for years. It works great. I do not have to do anything but check the results when they appear. It is every easy to use.
