We've been using Webroot on the advice of our Best Buy Tech Team for literally years. We've never had a virus in any device and because it runs in the background, we hardly know it's running. It's the most reliable security for online surfing that we've ever used. (I've personally used more than half a dozen different kinds and had problems with all of them except Webroot.) From issues with missed virus' to crashing my new computers on installation...the others fall short compared to Webroot. And with our Annual Tech Support Membership, the cost is practically nothing and it covers multiple devices.

Maria resolved this frustrating issue for me by uninstalling the old version and reinstalling with a new version. Now I feel secured on both my phone and desktop computer.
