Shana sets up TVs w/ ROKU

We are going via streaming and droppig our "cable" TV carrier for many reasons. Shana was very considerate and a pleasure to have working in our home to get us up and running. It took over an hour to get all 3 sets set up, registered and operating, BUT her insights and advice seem far more helpful and valuable than simply setting up our systems and bidding a good day :-)

HP scanner resolution

He was quick to pick up the problem at hand and got directly to possible causes and remedies. He welcomed our direct contact by phone for future reference and returned two more times with further research as the problem seemed to be manufacturer related and not fully resolvable. He laid out a way around the manufacturer’s shortcoming that was doable. Excellent Geek service.

Great Protection for my Computing Devices

I have had it protecting my computing devices for several years. I have rarely had a problem with viruses that it did not catch and correct. I have found it reliable for finding questionable exe. files, excessive cookies, etc. They can easily be removed with the software. Thanks, Best Buy, for acquainting me with WebRoot many years ago!
