Only issue I have is upon renewing which I did online I received a CD the following week. Called to return the CD. Still waiting on a call back.

This is combination with the expertise of the Geed Crew have come to my rescue on so many occasions. Whoever created the $200 annual fee for software and hardware fixes. I only wish the medical field would emulate this program.] Keep up the good work, Paul
