I run it often and have it set to run on its own. There have been times when it finds and stops items from running. I take the computer into Best Buy Geek Squad and the remove the items detected.

It works but hangs in the background doing everything that you need it to. While other programs have blocked our access to sites such as our bank even after setting them up for access this works so much better without being a complete pain.
