I'm retired and don't have a clue how to solve any problem that emerges on my screen! I don't know what I'd do without them. With my permission, they go remotely into my laptop, diagnose and resolve my problems.

The program has definitely given us the protection we need and responds to any threatening type of virus making its way into our computers. We would not do without this Security and will continue to renew our subscription as required on an annual basis.

Webroot good, sometimes hard to manage

Remote visit by Geek Squad (per BestBuy Total Tech support) cleared it all up. Other issues were addressed OK by BestBuy Chat agents. Suggest that you never call WebRoot Corp. directly as they will try to sell you extra products using fear tactics. WebRoot issues/questions managed thru BestBuy Total Tech support is very good.
