Solid antivirus than needed a UI overhaul

Much less frustrating than Norton/McAfee, especially with not blocking programs that should be allowed through the firewall. Always frustrated that its options for treating discovered virus/malware are so obscurely named, it's very easy to ignore items instead of isolating and deleting them. Minimal bulk treatment options.

Webroot good, sometimes hard to manage

Remote visit by Geek Squad (per BestBuy Total Tech support) cleared it all up. Other issues were addressed OK by BestBuy Chat agents. Suggest that you never call WebRoot Corp. directly as they will try to sell you extra products using fear tactics. WebRoot issues/questions managed thru BestBuy Total Tech support is very good.
