I’ve had a few problems at NO fault of theirs and they have done everything possible to resolve the issues. I believe they have got everything taken care of. Excellent job guys!!!!! I would highly recommend these guys for all your home entertainment need’s.

Install horrible

This was a royal pain. I worked on it for several hours then gave up a called Geek squad. They were amazing but it still took awhile. The got it going but had to put a different scanner program on it. So far it has worked. I had a problem with it hooking up to phone but I think I solved it. Lets hope I continue to have good luck. Never had an Epson before.
