Install horrible

This was a royal pain. I worked on it for several hours then gave up a called Geek squad. They were amazing but it still took awhile. The got it going but had to put a different scanner program on it. So far it has worked. I had a problem with it hooking up to phone but I think I solved it. Lets hope I continue to have good luck. Never had an Epson before.

This was easy to complete. I feel secure it is still watching for viruses that could occur on my computer. I did not have any down time by renewing Webroot. This seems to be a great security service for my computer.
