Webroot protection is the best I have had in virus protection, and it was installed by the best team, the Geek Squad. I would recommend that you install it on your computer whenever you purchase a computer from BestBuy.

I have not had any issues so I am okay with renewing the subscription.

The security system works great. My information is secure and there has been no breaches. Which i can't say the same about other venues.

Not my choice but does add the needed protection on several of my Apple products.

Webroot came as part of my Geek Squad subscription. I had not heard of it before. Since I have had no virus or issues of stolen privacy, I believe it is doing its job. What I do like are the additional performance features because it keeps my PC working efficiently in the background

This is a great Amazon Firestick. Its lasted me a long time and has some great features.

I have had Webroot now for several years; this program does a great job scanning for viruses/malware, etc and then it gives you a full report and lets you know if you need to take any actions.

Protects my entire computer product...always working, displays any issues. Easily installed.

A little hard to understand some features if you're not tech savvy, but it works well nonetheless

I won't rely on any other Web Security and if something happens Geek Squad is 100 % behind this Product!! I get warnings and never have had an issue with the hard drive! Easy to understand any warnings and Geek Squad explains if I have a questions from Webroot scans.

I have been very happy with webroot protection/security on my devices. I believe that I am fully protected on my devise info, personal info, identity theft protection and my personal bank info, passwords and credit/debit info.

I have no complaints. The installation guy was in and out in no time flat very knowledgeable, programmed everything for me and explained how to use the device so kudos to the Best buy staff.

Doesn't use a lot of system resources, and does what it's supposed to. I'm happy with it. Besides protecting my computer, I like the system utilities; they are easier to use than those built into Windows.

I've had Webroot internet security Yearly Subscription for several years now and they are as good as advertised! Whenever I've had a problem with my P/C the service has been very professional and knowledgeable, and friendly! I always enjoy visiting Best Buy!

I renewed my TotalTech membership once again. Best Buy has been my trusted place to upgrade and buy new electronics. The advantages are numerous, such as extra warranty, home delivery of orders and help from the Geek Squad if needed.

I have had this for a while, and it has been very helpful, but right now, it says "expired." I'm confused. Is it supposed to expire even with my membership protection plan?
