Works in spite of vendor renewing then canceling then renewing then denying anything is wrong

Since I purchased this virus etc. protection for my computers I have not worried about being hacked etc.

Webroot Internet Security is included and helpful if you don't have any other protection on your devices.

I installed Webroot in Jun 2021. Whether shopping, banking or browsing the web, I feel safe knowing that Webroot is running in the background to protect my computer. When I did have a problem, the Best Buy Total Tech Team was ready to help me. I was up & running within the hour.

Seems to work well. Renew it annually. Have not had a problem.

Webroot protection is the best I have had in virus protection, and it was installed by the best team, the Geek Squad. I would recommend that you install it on your computer whenever you purchase a computer from BestBuy.

Annual Computer Security software for computer protection. Not sure why it requires annual funds to renew, but it does. I've had 1 recurring issue that's a medium annoyance & I run the scans manually & automatically. I don't tough risky websites, so overall Webroot seems to be doing pretty good.

I have had Webroot now for several years; this program does a great job scanning for viruses/malware, etc and then it gives you a full report and lets you know if you need to take any actions.

I love Webroot. I do not have to worry about safety as much as I did before getting Webroot. I won’t use any other product.

Not my choice but does add the needed protection on several of my Apple products.

I have had this for a while, and it has been very helpful, but right now, it says "expired." I'm confused. Is it supposed to expire even with my membership protection plan?

I have no complaints. The installation guy was in and out in no time flat very knowledgeable, programmed everything for me and explained how to use the device so kudos to the Best buy staff.

Love these guys, they are so helpful and make everything look so simple. Have helped me several times and having the membership has saved me financially in the long run.

Webroot came as part of my Geek Squad subscription. I had not heard of it before. Since I have had no virus or issues of stolen privacy, I believe it is doing its job. What I do like are the additional performance features because it keeps my PC working efficiently in the background

Better than some other options! Good solid option.

Doesn't use a lot of system resources, and does what it's supposed to. I'm happy with it. Besides protecting my computer, I like the system utilities; they are easier to use than those built into Windows.
