    Easy. Everything is handled by Best Buy with email before and after you renew your subscription. If you are a total tech member it will be combined.

    We have used Webroot as our anti-virus program for several years so when purchasing new computers we made sure to get Webroot added to them.

    Excellent product is plagued by chronic installation problems on two Android phones. Update problems have persisted for weeks on end. VERY FRUSTRATING AND QUITE A BOTHER WHEN THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PROMISED RESULTS!

    webroot is suppose to be free with your total tech membership but still end up paying for it not a lot you're paying for only few dollars

    PROTECTS YOU PRETTY WELL BUT YOU CAN GET A SNEAKY VIRUS EVEN WITH IT INSTALLED. JUST HAD 2 REMOVED. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING IT.
