I have been satisfied with Webroot and the protection it has provided. Hvae not had any problems due to something getting past Webroot.

I use a computer in my job but I am not a Techie". Luckily, we get lots of training on what to watch out for. Keep up to date with the latest malware, have a great internet security plan, use common sense, and don't click on something you're not sure about. If it is that important, someone will reach out to you maybe by phone or text. Best Buy's Internet Security is part of my overall computer security plan. I wouldn't want it any other way.

No issues. Have not had any viruses, etc corrupt computer. When took laptop in for trouble with multiple keys not working, the Tech was able to correct problem right then. It was a software issue.
