This laptop works perfectly for my engraving. Its pretty fast, no waiting time, it doesn't heat up, and keeps up with all my needs. The sound is a little bit low but I adjust my surrounding noise. Lightweight to carry with me. Luv it so far.

The service from the geek squad is wonderful. Have used them serval times and ech time they fixed my issue and explained the issue in terms I could understand.

Renewed every year as always with no complaints, i've been using webroot for 3 years now and its my go to for every virus protection on all devices. The renewal price is always a good deal for 1 year of protection. Even while the software performs it's scans it doesn't slow down my computer performance and with the peace of mind that webroot is always quick to notify me of any issues I can't think of another anti-virus protection software I would use. It even provides protection for mobile devices as well which is always needed when on a wireless connection! Because of webroot I have not had to download any 3rd party software to block pops or tracking on my devices. I would recommend webroot to anyone who would like a good priced, well excellent protection anti-virus software!

I am so glad I have Webroot and have been using it for over 15 years. It is well worth it for peace of mind given all the computer malware danger that has only increased over time. It scans my computer very quickly and alerts me to anything that could potentially allow a virus to enter. I use it both on my home and office computer and unlike my coworkers who have had to deal with viruses on their computers it has never been a problem for me.

We have had great service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad this year. We purchased a new TV in October and had it delivered and installed with great service. Also the Geek Squad has been helping us transfer some old home movies from DVD's to flash drives the past few months with great help and skill. All employees have been very friendly and helpful.

I am happy with the service with no worries about virus in our electronics. Electronics cost do much to have virus and to get fixed, or have to buy new ones.
