I was having a very difficult time as someone had gotten into my computer and was controlling it and insisting I go get Money Cards at a local store. I pretended to go along with them and quickly hung up my cell phone and called Best Buy to have my laptop cleaned and put back in safe order. I was just so relieved to have it done and would recommend it to anyone, it is a peace of mind thing for sure. Now I have a year of no worries because I have Webroot security.

We purchased a new desktop just a few months ago and chose NOT to get the BestBuy protection plan. While I was recently travelling my wife told me the computer would not boot up. When I came home, I found the same. We took it to BestBuy and they found we had already been infected while running another antivirus/firewall package. We bought the firewall offered by Best Buy and have never regretted it. NO NEW VIRUSES! We count this as a win. Thanks BestBuy!

I have never really worried too much about what sites I visit when I am online. Soooo, I shouldn't be upset when I get viruses, right? Well, once you have your computer crash because you are not paying attention, you will want this product. It helps you by letting you know when there are viruses on your computer and also scans your computer to make sure it is virus free. PLUS, the Geek Squad gives it a big thumbs up for virus protection.

The best purchase I have made in the past yer has been my contract with the Geek Squad and the new WEBROOT. I am deficit when it comes to technology and my daughter is easily agitated when I request her assistance with my laptop. The Geek Squad echnicians which I have had the pleasure of interacting with have all been extremely polite, courteous, and totally knowledgeable of my problem and what to do to resolve the issue.

I needed a new laptop. We got our granddaughters here so I thought I'd just go back there. I did want a bigger screen than I had before & I think there is one smaller but I wanted certain things on it. It is a little different than what I had to it does take me longer to find/do things. I have gotten used to the silver keyboard but not the lit background. I take it on vacation to keep up the news at home & it is more enjoyable w/the larger screen.

Webroot is fine so far. I had Kaspersky before, which I really liked, but Best Buy said it was no longer available with their tech support bundles so I had to switch. Pros: Good for person that just wants protection and doesn't care about the underlying features, perhaps uses less computer resources Cons: seems to lack features and customability like Kaspersky, but that might be because I haven't played around with the settings enough

Took my wife's laptop to the Geek Squad for analysis and repair. They could find nothing "technically" wrong, so they wiped the hard drive and reinstalled an operating system. In their "analysis" they failed to find that the DVD/CD drive would not open, as well (and still does not)---and of course we were left to reinstall all of our programs. Does it seem better now? Yes. Do I think they could have done a more thorough job? Yes.

I recently purchased Webroot for my computer and I'm very happy with it. It scans, alerts you if something goes wrong and helps stop the issue before it starts. I purchased it because if Geek Squad uses it for their scans when working on computers then it must be the one use. Its helped me so far and I'm sticking with it.

I renewed my Geek Squad Subscription at the Tropicaire Store, located on Bird Road, Miami, Florida. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly . In addition to the subscription, they also installed the antivirus. I had to leave the computer and they timely contacted me when the job was completed, (50 words)

I was worried about Kaspersky security because of things I read/heard. When Best Buy decided not to sell it any longer and I had just renewed it, I was upset and wanted to cancel. Best Buy kindly exchanged it for WEBROOT. I feel much more comfortable and secure now. I believe this security program will be much better!

Reloaded system software and got operating again. The only part I didn't like is that I still have one problem where the Cortana box keeps flickering no matter what I do to try and remove it. But the tech was very nice and they finished fixing it within a day instead of in 3 days like they originally quoted. So I was happy about that.

I had Webroot internet security software already installed on my computer. My subscription was running out, and I was going to renew it online through them. Then I decided to check on the price at Best Buy and found out it was less expensive to buy the software there instead of renewing through Webroot.

The vivid colors and depth of the picture are fantastic. Feels like we can reach out and touch the characters and are actually standing in the scenes of landscape. Bought the installation package and the techs were very pleasant, neat, clean and gave a detailed hands-on lesson on using our new flat screen

When I got my Smart T.V. from Best Buy, I was very unsure if I would like it or not. I have got to say my whole family loves our new Smart T.V. We are able to get Netflix and watch movies that the whole family enjoys. I am thinking about purchasing couple more Smart T.V. for our rooms in the house.

The Webroot Internet Security software works great. I have tested it with known infected files and it has picked up every instance of a virus that I have thrown at it. I have used several free and paid applications, for antivirus protection, and Webroot works as well, or better, than all of them.

Another excellent experience with Geek Squad - got a pop up notification that my computer contracted the Zeus virus and to call a toll free number - one call to the Geek Squad in Delafield, WI determined that it was a hoax and to just shutdown - did that and it worked great. Thanks again.

My computer was compromised again so they took care of the problem for me very quickly and told me next time to just call in for a tech and they can walk me through the process so I can correct it myself. That would save me the time of having to take it in every time the problem might occur.

My Kaspersky anti-virus was due to renew. I was wanting to change since it seemed to slow down my computer. The computer department associates recommend Webroot to customers. I installed it on my laptop, phone and tablet. It works great on all 3 devices without being a resource hog.

I haven’t had any issues or attacks on my computer as yet. I did have a little trouble getting it intstalled at first but that was just because my previous antivirus was not completely deleted. And when I called for assistance they wanted me through it with no problems.

This antivirus software is simple but effective. It is important to protect your information and thats something that I never did before and have suffered consequences from. There are definitely better providers of this software out there, but I have no complaints with this particular one.
