Love Webroot. Love it. I have it for 3 Laptops 2 phones. Never have to scan. Does it all on it's own or you can if you believe you need to. Had a virus once before I installed it. Pulled that baby out!!! I even applied 1 to my sons computer while he is over seas in school.

excellent treatment Saturday 4/7 larry assisted me and was excellent! also witnessed him offering aman standing in line with a cane a chair as he was waiting on others very good showed excellent knowledge and treatment of customers. give this young man a raise

I wouldn't recommend using the Mobile service. The service was not very satisfying. The associate asked what I was looking for and directed me towards the S8. I told her that is not what I am in need of and kept on insisting and not listening to the customer. Phone overall is great.

I needed help with my computer and the person at Best buy set me up with a program to get tech support all year, it came with virus protection which I didn't have a good one. I am very happy with my purchase and feel my computer is Hopefully safer and will work better.

Its hard to say how long I have had this Dell Monitor.... because its been working so great for such a long time. It is used as a second screen when I work from home and fits perfectly in the space I have for it on my desk. I couldn't be more pleased.

Screen was easy to share nstall and fits in the place I wanted to set it up. Does not have speekers, however I have and was able to install. The picture is very good. It is light weight and the color display is also very good. I would recomend this preduct to others.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Everything works exactly as I expected and I have no problems with it. No one wants to be in a situation where they are unable to remedy a problem. This product is a great value and I would purchase again from Best Buy if necessary!

I had a very pleasant experience they were very helpful they went above and beyond to make me happy I was a week outside of my return and they help me out by lease allow me to get store credit so I don’t waste my money I would recommend this Bestbuy

Being a Geek Squad member allowed me to bring in my computer to my Best Buy Store and have the.old security system removed and the new security system installed. This was completed while I waited, something which I would not have been able to do myself.

I got Webroot by signing up for the 2 year plan with the Geek Squad. So far I like it. My computer crashed and I don't know why but now I do know that it won't be from anything I can control. It works well. I used it a long time ago and it worked well also.

I never heard of this product before, my computer went down so I took it to Best Buy to fix and this comes with my Geek Squad Service they installed it and I don't do anything I let it work in the background. I used to have McAfee I will never go back.

I have used this program before and love it. I barely ever have to do anything besides occasionally hitting the scan my computer button when prompted. It is actually cheaper to purchase a new subscription through Best Buy than it is to use their update.

I used various Internet security systems in the past. Web root was the easiest to install and offers excellent protection. For someone like me, who is not a computer geek, I can truly say this is the easiest and best security product I ever purchased.

I've been using Webroot for years. I've tried other antivirus products, and Webroot is my favorite by far. It's easy to download and install. It runs quickly and efficiently. I haven't had any issues with viruses or malware since I've been using it.

If you have a Windows OS, then some form of anti-virus software is a must. Webroot seems to have a very light foot print in regards to running on your PC. Being a Best Buy rewards member has its benefits for discounts on Webroot subscription renewals!

I love Webroot. It is constantly checking and keeping my computer virus and malware free. This program runs the checks in the background so it does not interfere with whatever I am working on. I have used this product now for 10 years and love it.

My computer was subjected to an attach from a Microsoft impostor. The Geek Squad was very good in explaining what happened and went through my computer in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the technician.

Best buy representative recommended to replace the Kaspersky software that originally came with the laptop. Had problems with Kaspersky blocking programs it shouldn't and allowing programs that should have been blocked, so glad to have this as a replacement.

Every time I called I received outstanding attention and help to fix my computer. The remote feature was a life saver and I much appreciated the fact that the agents stuck with me on the phone and computer for hours without a disconnect. Thanks
