As HDMI cables go, this seems a good value. If you don't need gold plated contacts, this is a reasonably good choice. The connections fit securely without being overly tight, and the cable itself is nice and flexible. And it works. That's always a good thing.

Good printer to use. I don't print much at all----maybe 50 pages a year. It was easy to purchase this particular brand, with the help from the Best Buy associate. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable,in meeting my simple needs.

in an era that out dates an expensive product in a couple of years, i still find myself getting a feel for something after a significant amount of time. say... a couple of years. at least before i begin to have an idea of the operation or durability of an item.

I always enjoy shopping with BB because the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful with choosing whatever I am looking for. Also, GEEK SQUAD is amazing, and I will always use them for any computer issues as long as they are here!

There are a lot of USB sticks out there, but not for cheap. With this product it was inexpensive but quality. I've been adding and erasing files and moving the stick from many devices, and it works great. Good buy for the price.

Have received warnings regarding questionable web sights which I immediately abandoned. This is a worthwhile product because there are 'tricksters" at the most innocent web-sights. I've been victimized twice and wouldn't be without this service.

It is great that they set appointments to avoid waiting time. They worked on my computer and had it ready in the specified time. They were polite and helpful in explaining what had to be done and what options were available.

After years of dealing with Windows products, I switched to a an Apple MacAir and love it. So easy to use and no constant updates that messed up my laptop. Excellent customer service by Tyler at the Geneva Best Buy. Thanks!

My out-of-the-box Lenovo Ideapad 320 doesn't perform to expectations. The battery runs down after less than 75-minutes' continued use. Unknown to me but known to Lenovo community, problem manifested whereby after wirelessly connecting to the router, network cannot establish internet connection. (Message: No Internet) Attempted troubleshooting offered no lasting remedy. Lenovo TS offers factory reset OR advanced TS troubleshooting at cost to me for resolution. An oversight I made was not verifying extra slot existed to upgrade RAM, which revealed the 16-GB RAM needed to upgrade from 8-GB RAM is not readily available via Best Buy where I purchased laptop.

My fitbit is awesome and it feels just like having a watch on my wrist. No one knows it is a tracker. It is light weight and very comfortable while i have it on. Half of the time i dont remember i even have it on.

If I bought it it must be something good I think that Best Buy is a good place to shop and I have gotten about six computers four different people and they have all been really good computers and I really like Best Buy

Bought this television for my mother's bedroom. Good price and appropriate for her. However, it took a little longer than usual to link the Direct TV service with the television. Once paired, the product seems to work just fine.

We've had a Roku original for many years. We recently decided to get rid of cable and use playstation vue and wanted to use a roku to do that. The roku had a few issues getting it to set up, but now it works great!

Does exactly what my old air conditioner stopped doing.It is cooling my apartment in more areas and faster than I expected. A little noisy when on high speed but what a relief to get the temp I need to work in.

So far so good. I know my laptop runs faster after uninstalling Mcafee. The scans run very fast and I question just how intense they scan my files. I cannot find a way to do a deep scan like I could with McAfee or Norton’s

I have not used all the features but so far I love all of what I have used. I really like the appearance of these units and they have made my kitchen a major part of the house. I do spend a lot of time there.

The Lenovo Yoga laptop computer is the best. I want to give special mention to the manager, sales clerk and customer service rep who helped me with this exchange. They are definitely an asset to Best Buy!
