Very nice size screen for viewing and the touch screen and wireless mouse and keyboard work very well. I don't do a lot of gaming so don't know about speed for that sort of stuff but works well for normal use.

Was unable to use this, because the "time to use" ran out. Not sure why it does that, should be able to "activate" at any time after purchase.

One of the things I really like about Webroot is that it is cloud-based, with hardly any storage required on my computer. Considering all of the issues I have had with Norton, AVG, etc, Webroot is awesome!

Seems to be working as advertised. Prior to Geek squad removing Norton and Trend & the infected computer's malware I was continually having issues with malware infestation. Now it is running great - fingers crossed.

I switched to webroot after discussing it with a tech at Best Buy and after frustration with kaspersky and their inability or unwillingness to actually address their issues. I've been very pleased

I haven't been able to use my new laptop much yet. Since I use a PC all day at work, my main reason to use a PC at home is email, games and Facebook. I haven't been able to set up my mail yet on the new PC so still using my old one. Only 1 of my favorite games were able to be downloaded onto the new PC as the other 2 were old. Mu sister coming to visit for a week in a little over a week. She is geekier than I and will help me set up a lot of stuff on the new laptop. I have been able to Skype with my son in Texas using the new laptop...and viewing Facebook is better also since I can now see videos.

I got a MacBook Air and they told me I didn't need to use it, but it didn't have any protection I didn't know that, I contacted geek squad and they installed it for me. Its a nice protection plan.

I'm not sure that the gal from Best Buy loaded Webroot into my computer because a note keeps coming up on my computer saying my Webroot has expired and I just purchased it how can that be?

This is Great Security software! The Best Buy Geek Squad staff introduced me to it but I was very happy to give it a try. It has performed as well as Norton without being as heavy on my processor.

There was no disc provided as there was with the one I bought last time and there have been issues with the installation that are still unresolved. One of the computers is still not protected and is now having issues with the browser the Geek Squad said to install as the default in order to download the software that has resulted in not being able to access e-mail. Mild disappointment is turning into outrage as I now have to make an appointment, leave the computer for a week or more and repeat the process I had to do with the first computer I put on the plan. Unacceptable, never again.

I am happy that I sought out Best Buy i have received top notch service. The service plan is great. I also like the webroot program which gives me a greater sense of protection against viruses.

Got it for student deal.My son who is in collage had to use his laptop all the time.Sometimes his computer was very slow. Had to bring to bestbuy couple of times for tune-up and laptop was only year old

Great overall program. Not much to do just install and go. Ease of use a big deal for me. Excellent with blocking content and scanning regularly. No issues since I've started using.

Price for this product is spot on with respect to other competitor's brand. Works like a cop on duty.. on watch without a lot of hassles - monitors and delivers advise for everyday maintenance of your PC.

Bought the computer for my son who is an engineering student. The computer will be his main tool for the next four years of college. Service was excellent and tech support very thorough.

I was told which employee to see about deciding on a TV He was very helpful and it didn't take long to pick one out. Drove my car up front and he put it in my trunk and I was on my way.

Did some searching and comparing for a great quality software product. After my purchase and contacting the manufacturer for guidance, I have to give me a huge pat on the back for my satisfaction!

Previous use of Webroot in conjunction with Geek Squad membership was adequate in prevention of virus attacks on my computer files and was included in the cost of renewing my membership.

I could not have purchased a better product. I would recommend to everyone and hope they are satisfied as much as I do. Buy this product you cannot go wrong. It is well worth having.
